What a boy wants


Anyone know what D really wants?

D: "Mommy, I want that jumpy fingy."

Me: "What jumpy thing?"

D: "The fingy you get at Target and you jump and leave Earf and go into outer pace."

Well. . .I'm stumped. I didn't realize Target was into space travel.

This is hilarious. Cal is just learning to put together 2 and 3 word phrases, and I am pretty good at deciphering them, but holy crap they are obtuse. And the hand motions that accompany (you know, to make it easier for idiot mommy to understand) are vague at best.

ah-ont ba! ah-ont ba!

At least we know what words D is actually saying, even if their object is a little, uh, remote.
